Scot Turner Hosts Fáilte Ireland’s F&B 360° Leaders’ Summit
Bringing sharper conversation to the future of hotel food and beverage in Ireland.
Date: 24th April 2026
Scot Turner, Founder of Auden Hospitality, hosted Fáilte Ireland’s F&B 360° Leaders’ Summit, bringing together hoteliers, operators and industry experts for a day focused on the future of food and beverage in Irish hotels.
The summit formed part of Fáilte Ireland’s F&B 360° programme, created to help hotel leaders improve performance, guest experience and commercial opportunity across their F&B operations.
Scot’s role was to keep the day moving, connect the conversations and make sure the thinking stayed useful for the people in the room.
More Than a Running Order
A strong industry event needs more than speakers and slides.
It needs pace. Energy. Good questions. Someone who can listen, challenge and join the dots between strategy, operations, guest experience and commercial reality.
Across the day, Scot guided conversations around the issues shaping hotel F&B now, from breakfast and profitability to innovation, storytelling, agility and knowing the guest better.
The aim was simple.
Keep it sharp. Keep it practical. Keep it useful.
Useful Challenge for Hotel Leaders
The best moments came from honest conversation.
Not theory. Not polished conference soundbites. Real discussion about the pressure hotel F&B teams are under, the opportunities being missed and the decisions leaders need to make next.
Scot helped draw out the practical points behind each session. What should hoteliers be questioning? Where is the opportunity? What needs to change? How can food and beverage play a stronger role in the hotel business?
That is the kind of conversation Auden believes the industry needs more of.
Less safe thinking. More useful challenge.
Why It Matters
Hotel food and beverage is under pressure, but it is also full of opportunity.
Events like the F&B 360° Leaders’ Summit give hoteliers space to step back, compare ideas and think differently about what comes next.
For Auden, Scot hosting the summit reflects a wider part of our work. Helping hotel leaders ask better questions about F&B, whether that is on stage, in a workshop, around a boardroom table or inside a live project.
Because better questions usually lead to better decisions.
