Auden Hospitality Founder Scot Turner is heading to Belfast this October to take the stage at Hospitality Exchange 2026, hosted by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF).
Taking place at Crowne Plaza Belfast on 13–14 October, Hospitality Exchange brings together the Northern Ireland hospitality industry for two days of insight, ideas and conversations about the future of the sector.
Scot will join the Business Breakfast on Wednesday 14 October to deliver his keynote, The Business of Breakfast, exploring how changing guest expectations and breakfast trends are reshaping one of the most important commercial opportunities in hotel food and beverage.
Scot joins a programme of industry speakers at the Business Breakfast, including Aoife Roche MBA, who will explore the latest hotel performance figures in The Performance Picture.
The morning will also feature Room for Growth?, an expert panel bringing together Tom Barrett, Janice Gault, Catriona Taylor and Adrian Patton to discuss what the future could hold for Northern Ireland's hospitality sector.
The Business Breakfast forms part of the wider Hospitality Exchange conference, organised by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation.
