Auden Named Food & Beverage Consultants of the Year
Corporate LiveWire recognises Auden Hospitality at the Innovation & Excellence Awards 2025.
Auden Hospitality has been named Food & Beverage Consultants of the Year at the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Awards 2025.
The award recognises Auden’s work across hotel food and beverage strategy, concept development, operational performance and F&B toolkits, following a year of continued growth for the consultancy.
Founded by Scot Turner, Auden was created to challenge the way hotels think about food and beverage. The business works with hotel owners, operators, brands and developers to create F&B strategies, restaurants, bars, cafés and guest experiences that are both creative and commercially grounded.
Recognition for a Different Kind of Consultancy.
The award marks an important milestone for Auden, as the business continues to build its position as the bold thinking hotel food and beverage consultancy.
Auden’s work is focused on helping hotels move beyond safe, predictable F&B. That can mean repositioning an existing restaurant, creating a new café or bakery concept, developing a full hotel F&B strategy, improving operational performance or building the manuals and toolkits teams need to deliver consistently.
Across each project, the aim is the same. To connect the idea with the guest, the commercial opportunity and the reality of delivery.
A Year of Continued Growth.
The recognition follows a strong year of project work for Auden, with the team partnering with hotel brands, operators and owners across a wide range of food and beverage briefs.
These projects have included cafés, bakeries, hotel restaurants, guest journey development, operational standards and full F&B strategies. While each brief has been different, the work has been guided by the same belief that great hotel food and beverage should do more than fill a space.
It should shape the guest experience, support the commercial strategy and give teams something they are proud to deliver.
Scot Turner, Founder of Auden Hospitality, said:
“When I started Auden, the goal was simple. To challenge the way hotels think about food and beverage.
We wanted to prove that creativity and commercial success can, and should, coexist. And we wanted to build a consultancy that felt as bold, curious and human as the people we work with.
This award means a lot because it recognises the collective effort behind the work. Our clients, partners and team have all played a part in helping us push the thinking, challenge the default and keep moving forward.
For us, the mantra still stands.
We are here to rewrite the rules.”
